The amenities were quite decent, although we faced some unexpected
Charges upon arrival. Our garden bungalow was pleasant, with a firm bed and a clean setup. The system for accessing room keys could be improved, especially after hours. A reasonable stay.

Well, it was a really good stay for a further 3 nights. The staff were really helpful and very very helpful, everything was amazing. The breakfast was savoury and local, a wide array of food. Location in the middle of the city was a plus. Found a place called Basilico Koh Phangan, set near the hotel, ate there a few times...

The rooms of our place were compact with three single beds. Although some of the staff were not so helpful, we had a really comfortable stay.
The setting was terrible.

Staff is very friendly! Service was good. The vibe is very layback. You can lay on the couch and watch a movie. Food was good. They are still building some new facilities as a swimming pool.
The beach/the sea is not so nice at that place. The price is a bit high.

The rooms were compact with three single beds, the staff were really helpful. The location near the beach was decent. There was a good restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The location right on the beach is fine. I enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings. The pool area is nice. The room cleaning was lacking. I had to ask multiple times during my 4-night stay. The bathroom needed attention, with a lot of mold visible. The cleanliness left much to be desired overall. The unpaved road leading to the hotel was challenging, especially at night. I appreciated the terrace outside my room, but the issues with room maintenance really impacted the experience.

the staff is really nice & friendly, they know you by name. it's a familybusiness the restaurant is very good and cheap. the beach is nice. bungalows are new. we could rent a scooter to drive to the "city". (200 baht for 24h) to haa drin 20 min.(fullmoon party) it was very quite. free wifi
whitout a scooter you can't really get anywhere. on the street in front of the resort there are not many restaurants and mostly just bars.

modern garden bungalow, nice firm bed, spacious room
Unexpected charges for credit card payments!!! Accessing room keys after hours should be better organized!!! Cleaning services should be more consistent, as I had to request it multiple times !!!

i was traval alone and I booked this place because I thing it is close to everything and it is on the beach it could be very easy for me. When I got to sabaiibay resort and I meet very warm welcome from the staff and than I meet the owner (per and mai) and they all make me feel much more happy, the bungalow I book is was beach front fan bungalow, I like my bungalow because is just right next to the beach, and it clean. After that I rent the scooter from the resort to go travailing around the island. but sabaii bay is close to everything I want, it just take me 5 minutes to the main road where they have bars, food, little clubbing and more things (but i eat many meals at the resort because it is Good food and good price) Sabaii bay for me is good to meet the people and good for relax at the same time. I want to recommend this place to the people and my friend and i will return back for next time for sure. Soon they will have a nice swimming pool too!

Fine beachfront location with beautiful sunset views. The pool area was inviting and perfect for relaxation. Staff were attentive.
The bathroom could use some improvements, as it lacked a powerful shower.
